Curse

Sheen of the land sturdy,
Never a legacy of morrow.
Renaissance, frenetic and cruel,
Enraptured the fame of brain.

Eruption imminent, flames will wag,
Heart, the land, a pulse stuck hard.
Dwindled thrill, wails for the life,
Breath of zygote will die in books.

Lethal war in a realm of corpses,
Hight the oasis of knowledge,
Dull and dim, the theme ignited,
The contraptions read pages alive, but dead.

Dubious life, the dolor arise,
Verdure of freedom, parched by the sun,
No smile, no life, visage of sorrow,
Mundane life amid of books, a curse.
